2021 UPDATE:  Unfortunately KP Seattle/Bellevue will no longer be hosting prepaid lab days for their employees in 2021. Employees are encouraged to take a course with LifeTek on a self-pay basis and can request reimbursement from KP after the course. *LifeTek makes no guarantee KP will reimburse for course costs.
