This replacement card is for students who have taken the EMTA Emergency Care Basics Course and have lost their card. The 4-8 hour course covers all the basics: first aid, medical emergencies, trauma, pediatrics, infant/child/adult CPR, infant/child/adult airway obstructions, environment emergencies, bloodborne pathogens, home safety, disaster preparedness and the use of an AED (automatic external defibrillator). Your replacement card will reflect the components completed at the original course with the original course date.
If you are a student that needs a card/replacement card for a class you attended, you are required to comment in the ‘Order Comments’ section of the shopping cart and include the date, location, and instructor’s name for the completed class. The more details you can provide the faster we will be able to get your card mailed out. Upon verification, your card will be mailed using the USPS if selected when checking out.
